Dr. Abdul Majid Mojib, born in 1984 in Nejrab district, Kapisa province, Afghanistan, has made significant contributions to the field of emergency and critical care medicine.


His educational journey began at Khalilullah Khalili School, from which he graduated in 2000. He then pursued a medical degree at Kabul Medical University, earning his MD in 2008. Following his graduation, Dr. Mojib successfully passed the entrance examination for a specialization program at Sardar Mohammad Dawood Khan Hospital, focusing on emergency and critical care medicine. He completed this rigorous program in 2016.


Upon completing his specialization, Dr. Mojib was appointed as the ICU Director at Sardar Mohammad Dawood Khan Hospital, where he has been instrumental in enhancing patient care and managing critical cases. His expertise is further acknowledged through his certification as a trainer specialist in 2020, awarded by the Ministry of Health of Afghanistan.


In addition to his responsibilities in Afghanistan, Dr. Mojib expanded his knowledge and skills through an international fellowship. In 2013, he attended a critical care medicine fellowship at a military hospital in India, which enriched his understanding and capabilities in the field.
Dr. Mojib is proficient in various advanced medical techniques, including ultrasounds, echocardiography, color Doppler, and bronchoscopy. His comprehensive skill set and dedication to patient care have established him as a key figure in emergency and critical care medicine in Afghanistan.
