Dr.Ajmal Wardak was born on October 17, 1984 in Kabul, Afghanistan in the family of academician of medical sciences Professor Mussa Wardak, Major General of the Afghan Armed Forces. He completed primary school in Afghanistan and continued high school in New Delhi, India. After graduating from school in India in 2003, he continued his studies in Russia.

From 2004 to 2010 he studied at the Moscow Peoples’ Friendship University, graduated from the Faculty of Medicine with honors and the Rector’s Certificate of Honor for high achievements. From 2010 to 2012 he completed postgraduate studies at the Novosibirsk Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology. In 2012, he became president of the Mussa Wardak medical clinic founded by his father, which is the oldest and famous clinic not only in Afghanistan, but also abroad. At the same time he defended his PhD title in 2018 in Russian federation.


Currently, he is a practicing orthopedic surgeon, and since 2022 he has been working as a specialist in field of orthopedics and trauma.
